Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Foxglove Willow Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to regulatory filings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support regulatory filings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
