Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Amberfield Linden Facilities Group looks after properties across the Portland region, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 965 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to contractor visits at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support contractor visits. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
