Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Summit Cedar Facilities looks after properties across the Columbus region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 153 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
