Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Nova Sable Housing provides affordable homes and support services around Sacramento. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Housing is our mission and residents are our neighbours. What you will do • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Sacramento. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
