Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Lumen Bright Housing Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to rent assistance at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support rent assistance. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
