Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Redstone Nest Manufacturing Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for production lines, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
