Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Lumen Summit Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Spokane, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
