Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Cross Foods and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 111 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
