Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Clearpath Oak Civic Services Group works with county and city offices around Spokane, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to case files at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support case files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
