Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Stonegate Yarrow Health provides primary and specialty care in Reno. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
