Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Summit Birch Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 391 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to seasonal crews at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
