Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Westbrook Linden Facilities Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
