Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Ironwood Union Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to guest bookings at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support guest bookings. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
