Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Sparrow Foods and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to customer specifications at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support customer specifications. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in New Orleans. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
