Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Summit Lantern Auto Group operates automotive service and parts businesses around Dallas. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to service appointments at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support service appointments. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Dallas. • We reply to every applicant.
