Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Basin Foods Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 630 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to production batches at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support production batches. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
