Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Silverline Kestrel Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Tampa. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 908 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to enrolment at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
