Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Rivermark Timber Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Omaha. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to tuition and subsidies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support tuition and subsidies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
