Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Harborlight Maple Markets serves neighbourhoods around Sacramento with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to supplier deliveries at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support supplier deliveries. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
