Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bright Cobalt Construction delivers building projects for owners across the Toledo region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
