Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Stonegate Juniper Hospitality is a hospitality company in Madison with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 206 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to group events at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support group events. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Madison. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
