Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Clearpath Quarry Freight is a Tampa logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to dock schedules at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support dock schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
