Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Cedar Beacon Housing and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to maintenance stores at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
