Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Silverline Lakeside Farms is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for field records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to field records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support field records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
