Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Silverline Meadow Press is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 480 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to bindery work at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support bindery work. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
