Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Cedar Umber Facilities looks after properties across the St. Louis region. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to cleaning schedules at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleaning schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
