Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Harborlight Beacon Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in St. Louis, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Keep stock linked to waiting lists at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support waiting lists. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
