Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Greenridge Sparrow Freight is a Dallas logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. On-time is the promise and we work hard to keep it. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to claims at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support claims. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
