Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Redstone Beacon Manufacturing is a Atlanta manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep stock linked to production lines at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support production lines. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Atlanta. • We reply to every applicant.
