Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Amberfield Bright Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Phoenix, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to shrink and waste at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
