Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Stonegate Kestrel Markets is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to promotions at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support promotions. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
