Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Westbrook Union Foods Group is a San Diego food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cold storage at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cold storage. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
