Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Rivermark Field Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Jacksonville. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Collaboration with local agencies is constant. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to lease compliance at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support lease compliance. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Jacksonville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
