Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Lumen Kestrel Press Group is a printer and publisher in Colorado Springs serving local and national clients, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a small organisation of about 138 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to print quotes at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support print quotes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
