Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Silverline Lantern Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Providence, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 395 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
