Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Harborlight Orchard Freight Group moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Honolulu, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to carrier rates at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support carrier rates. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Honolulu. • We reply to every applicant.
