Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Greenridge Bridge Hospitality is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for reviews and feedback, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 14 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to reviews and feedback at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support reviews and feedback. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
