Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bluepeak Wilder Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Kansas City, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to project schedules at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support project schedules. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
