Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Nova Thistle Auto Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for parts orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 459 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to parts orders at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support parts orders. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
