Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Westbrook Field Press is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for print quotes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to print quotes at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support print quotes. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
