Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Greenridge Cross Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Minneapolis. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of about 632 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to clinic supplies at sensible levels. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinic supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
