Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Summit Meadow Markets and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Keep stock linked to online orders at sensible levels. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
