Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Amber Construction Group and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Keep stock linked to safety records at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support safety records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
