Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Redstone Granite Manufacturing is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for tooling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Keep stock linked to tooling at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support tooling. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
