Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Nova Timber Early Learning runs childcare centres in Jacksonville caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Purchasing Coordinator to lead our inventory replenishment. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to family communication at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support family communication. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Jacksonville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
