Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Bright Ember Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in St. Louis producing generic and specialty treatments. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to clinical studies at sensible levels. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support clinical studies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
