Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Clearpath Iron Pharma is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for batch records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Keep stock linked to batch records at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support batch records.
