Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Clearpath Fox Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around San Antonio. We are hiring a Purchasing Coordinator to take on inventory replenishment. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Keep stock linked to classroom supplies at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Knowledge of suppliers that support classroom supplies. • Experience with an ERP system. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
