Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

Westbrook North Pharma Group is looking for a Purchasing Coordinator. The job centres on inventory replenishment for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 75 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep stock linked to cleanroom operations at sensible levels. • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. What we are looking for • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Omaha. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
