Purchasing Coordinator - inventory replenishment (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Analytics and adding a Purchasing Coordinator whose main responsibility will be inventory replenishment. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Compare prices and delivery times and recommend where to buy. • Keep stock linked to harvest schedules at sensible levels. • Place and track purchase orders with suppliers. • Maintain supplier records and contracts. • Match invoices to orders and resolve differences. What we are looking for • Strong spreadsheet and negotiation skills. • Organised and courteous with suppliers. • Experience in purchasing, procurement or inventory. Nice to have • Experience with an ERP system. • Knowledge of suppliers that support harvest schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Providence. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
